I really don't get why they have bad reviews at all, it is not up a steep hill, rather a gradual incline and the room was very clean. I loved the Swiss Cottage and Spa. I loved the location, out of the way of the noise but also very close to tapovan, I loved the service, the people who work there are incredibly helpful, especually Judy, she is a legend, they all are. And the bedroom was great, I stayed in the suite, it isn't a cottage in the sense that it is seperate, but it is very big and has a little private terrace. The shower was great, the bed was great, the price too, we had a really good stay. Thank you everyone!

The best hotel recommends in Rishikesh. I recently stayed at this hotel and I was blown away by the exceptional service, amenities, and overall comfort of my stay. The room itself was too spacious with a Ganga river view and had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. I like the hotel's open terrace for breakfast with a wide-angle Ganga river view. How can we forget staff? All the staff was very decent, polite and helpful. I forgot my bag at the hotel reception. When I reached the airport, I found that my bag had stayed at the hotel Reception. The distance from the hotel to Dehradun airport was 45 minutes. When I requested the hotel to deliver my bag at the airport, They delivered my bag with 😊 at the airport free of cost.

The location of this place is superb. The rooms are big and well appointed. Our room was overlooking the Ganga ji view and it was a delight. The breakfast had a huge spread and the room service that we ordered was outstanding. The staff treated us like royalty and they were too warm and courteous. The evening Aarti was divine and the hotel is worth staying at.

Nice property very good food prompt service very good and comfortable room. We stayed there for 2 days staff was friendly front office person The guy was very helping and very hard working, He arranged every thing for us including Baby milk to baby sitting. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Fantastic location and very comfortable stay and rooms. The Ganga looks beautiful and the Ganga Arati they do is soulful. Close to Ramjhoola and Laxman jhoola. Some activities for kids and a good spa. Very good stay indeed.

Completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Have been there in swiss cottage Spa with my wife. It was completely relaxed and rejuvenated experience after a hectic schedule of rafting. Kudos to whole team.

The view was amazing. The room was big and clean. The place is in more quiet place, so I had a good sleep. The main tapovan street is in 7-10min by walk. The terrace was big and nice.
